このたび、10X株式会社（本社：東京都港区、代表取締役：田中良平）は、2025年1月をもちまして、資本金を40,000,000円に増資いたしました。この増資は、当社がさらなる成長を遂げ、持続的な価値を提供するための基盤強化を目的としております。
成長戦略の3つの柱
今回の増資を通じて、以下の3つの主要事業領域を中心に、さらなる事業拡大を進めてまいります。
- ネットワークインフラ事業の強化 中核事業であるネットワークインフラ事業では、品質向上と効率化を図り、信頼性の高いサービスを安定的に提供します。
- ネットワーク構築事業の拡大 設計・構築から運用までの包括的なソリューションを強化し、お客様の多様な課題に応える事業規模を拡大してまいります。

We sincerely appreciate your continued support.
We are pleased to announce that 10X Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ryohei Tanaka) has increased its capital to 40,000,000 JPY as of January 2025. This capital increase serves as a foundational step for achieving further growth and delivering sustainable value to our stakeholders.
Three Pillars of Growth Strategy
Through this capital increase, we aim to expand our business across the following three key domains:
- Enhancing the Network Infrastructure Business We will further improve the quality and efficiency of our core network infrastructure business to ensure the stable delivery of reliable services.
- Expanding the Network Construction Business By strengthening our end-to-end solutions—from design and construction to operation—we will scale our business to address the diverse needs of our clients.
- Growing the SES Business We will enhance our engineering capabilities, enabling flexible and swift responses to support the success of our clients’ projects.
As part of our growth strategy, we are exploring entry into the space industry. By developing innovative communication infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies, we aim to contribute to the advancement of space-related businesses and create a sustainable future.
