Dispatch Margin Rate
Dispatch Margin Rate
Under the amended Worker Dispatch Law enacted on October 1, 2012, the dispatching employer (our company) is required to disclose the margin rate—the ratio of the difference between the dispatch fees received from the client company and the wages paid to the dispatched workers—after the end of each fiscal year (Article 23, Paragraph 5 of the Act).
Based on this law, we hereby disclose our margin rate for the most recent fiscal year as follows.
