(Personal Information Protection Policy)

10X Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) recognizes the importance of personal information (“Personal Data”) handled in the course of our business activities.
We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines, and are committed to handling personal information appropriately in accordance with the following principles.

1. Acquisition and Use of Personal Data
   The Company acquires personal data through lawful and fair means and uses it only within the scope of the purposes of use specified and publicly announced in advance.


2. Security Control Measures
   To prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data, the Company implements necessary and appropriate organizational, human, physical, and technical measures based on its Information Security Policy.


3. Provision to Third Parties
   The Company does not provide personal data to third parties except where permitted by law or with the consent of the individual concerned.


4. Supervision of Contractors
   When entrusting the handling of personal data to a third party, the Company conducts strict due diligence and provides necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure proper security management.


5. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Suspension of Use
   Upon receiving a request from an individual regarding the disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of retained personal data, the Company will verify the identity of the requester and respond without delay in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.


6. Inquiries and Complaints
   The Company will respond promptly and appropriately to inquiries, complaints, or other concerns regarding the handling of personal data through the contact point separately designated by the Company.


7. Continuous Improvement
   The Company regularly reviews its personal information protection framework and continuously improves it in response to social changes and other circumstances.
